Sound meditation can be a relaxing antidote to stress and anxiety. Intentional sound can reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, relieve tension and clear old patterns.
You don't need any experience or set of beliefs. All humans above 16 years are welcome (get in touch for younger folks). BYO yoga mat, blanket and cushions.
Nat Dowling is a friendly facilitator plus a certified and insured sound healing practitioner. She loves sharing the power of sound and guiding people to relax and transform.
