• Tarnagulla History Archive - Public Open Day

Overview

The Tarnagulla History Archive is a repository for all things related to the local history of Tarnagulla and its surrounding district.

The Archive holds photographs, records and artefacts and is situated within the historic Victoria Hotel and Theatre complex, which functions as Tarnagulla's Public Hall.

It is open on the second Sunday of each month (except on Code Red days). Our collection can be searched online at https://victoriancollections.net.au/organisations/tarnagulla-archive-room

At Open Days visitors can:
• View temporary displays of local history images, footage and artefacts
• Have local and family history questions answered by a local historian
• Lodge research requests • Order copies of historical images
• Buy local history books
• Register interest as a volunteer, a donor or for email updates.
