The Fat Butcher provides old fashioned service with a smile. Known for local products, produce and specialty aged beef, it is set apart though innovation and originality.

The Fat Butcher is owned by the Hancock family who also own and operate the farm based wholesaler supplier, Murphy’s Creek Pork. The Hancock family are sixth generation farmers, producing 100% grain fed pork and grass/grain fed Merino and White Suffolk lamb.

Their new 'The Fat Butcher' shop is located in Inglewood, Victoria. It provides paddock to plate- from their Murphy’s Creek Farm to your plate. The Fat Butcher also sources local beef, lamb, pork and chicken to sell alongside aged beef, small goods and much more.
