There are dedicated caravan parks and free camping sites spread throughout the Loddon Valley. Take a back-to-basics break the way you like it by the region’s lakes and rivers or spend some relaxing family time with playgrounds and pools in the modern parks. You’re never too far away from nature. Go gold prospecting and detecting, fishing, swimming, boating and bushwalking. All the entertainment you’ll ever need is right there in the great outdoors.
Enjoy this modern, newly-built caravan park on the banks of the Loddon River, within walking distance to Bridgewater on Loddon. There are almost 100 caravan sites, 17 grassy, shady tent sites and one luxury cabin overlooking the water. There are two amenity blocks, a lovely in-ground pool and playground, making this the ideal family base from which to explore the Loddon Valley. The on-site manager can help you get the most out of your stay by providing information about the other tourist attractions in and around the region.
Boort Lakes Caravan Park
Situated on the grassy foreshore of sparkling Little Lake Boort, this picturesque caravan park is a favourite of boating, fishing and swimming enthusiasts. The park features cabin accommodation, powered and unpowered sites and is within walking distance to the main street of Boort.
Boort Recreation Ground RV Friendly
Boort RV Friendly campsite and dump point is located at the recreational ground in Malone Street Boort. Located within walking distance to town centre and the lake. Length of stay permitted is 96 hours, a donation box is located at the site. No power available.
Inglewood Caravan Park
The Inglewood Caravan Park is conveniently located on the Calder Highway, less than 1km from the centre of Inglewood. The town is steeped in history, with old buildings, antique shops and the Eucy Museum. Combine this with the local sports ground, outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and golf course, Inglewood is a great place to take a break and relax a while.
Newbridge River Camping
Looking for river frontage camping on the banks of the Loddon River? Get back to basics at the beautiful Newbridge Recreation Reserve. This dedicated camping site is close to the Newbridge General Store and Hotel, so supplies, a hot meal and country hospitality is never far away. There are toilets and token-operated hot showers. Camping fees and tokens are payable at the store and hotel. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a leash.

Wedderburn Hard Hill Tourist Reserve
Hard Hill Tourist Reserve is located in a quiet natural bush setting and within walking distance to the town centre. This Reserve caters for the RV Friendly enthusiast providing on/off road camping, amenities, barbeques and picnic area. Free access to a dump point is situated in the Wedderburn Pioneer Caravan Park.
