A truly delightful way to experience what's special about the Loddon Valley, the Loddon Valley Arts Trail invites you into artists' studios, unique galleries and pop-up exhibition spaces across three days (October 4-6) this spring.
Loddon Valley is a haven for increasing numbers of creative people, who work away at everything from big metal sculptures to tiny intricate embroideries, from realistic depictions of country life to bold conceptual fantasmagoria, riots of colour and shapes.
Across the Arts Trail weekend, from Friday afternoon through to Sunday early evening, you’ll be welcomed into galleries, neighbourhood houses, studios, cafes, a winery, and a very special historic house.
A series of feature events will give you the opportunity to sample Loddon hospitality, starting in the Tarnagulla Public Hall on Friday late afternoon, where there’ll be good food and live music to celebrate the first ever Arts Trail exhibition of local artists in that historic hotel-theatre.

This will guide you in developing your own itinerary for the weekend as you explore all the creative pockets and corners of the Loddon Valley. You will definitely get to see these towns, and this shire, from a new angle: it’s exciting, it’s a little bit magical, and, most of all, it’s full of charm.
