Canoes can be hired from the kiosk at The Boort Lakes Holiday Park for use on Little Lake Boort:
- Cost $10 per hour includes paddle and life vest.
- Life vest must be worn at all times
- When hire is finished all items are to be placed in correct areas and report back to the Kiosk
- Stand up paddle boards also available
Canoes can be hired for Serpentine Creek Canoe trail at Boort Lakes Holiday Park:
- Cost $40 per day Paddle and life vest supplied
- Life vest must be warn at all times
- Can deliver and pick up Canoes from the Durham ox canoe trail at a cost of $60
- 24 hours notice to drop of the canoes
- 10 single canoes available for hire
- Canoes are on a trailer and can be towed to the canoe trail by the person hiring the canoe
- If you have a large booking of 5 canoes or above then the price per canoe per day will come down. Please contact The Boort Lakes Holiday Park for group bookings on 03 5455 2064
- Any damage to the canoes or equipment through miss use or negligence will be charged to your credit card
- Canoe paddling lessons are available at the Boort Lakes Holiday Park - Lessons are 30 minutes and cover safety, using the paddle, technique, balance in the canoe steering the canoe safely as well as entering and exiting the canoe. Cost of lessons are $30
- A guide can take the group on the Serpentine Creek Canoe Trail to ensure you see all the amazing sights on offer. Cost of guide $180 per tour canoe transport fees will be waved on hire of the guide and free lesson offered
- Group hire would suit schools, water enthusiasts, nature lovers or anyone that would like a unique experience in the outdoors
