Taking a walk around Little Boort Lake is a great way to get some gentle exercise while taking in the natural beauty of the lake, however you might be surprised to find some inspiring industrial art installations along the way. The trail which runs between Nolens Park and Boort Rotary Park features wildlife inspired by the lake and a giant chair crafted out of spanners. Curious creatures willing to venture a little further will also discover a giant dragonfly a little further around the 3.7km trail that circuits the lake.
The Boort Sculpture By The Lake Trail grows every year thanks to an annual competition established by the Boort Development Committee. The winner of this metal sculpture competition is judged by the previous year's winner at the Boort Agricultural & Pastoral Society Show.
