Get lost in nature

For those curious about discovering new places, walking or hiking at one of our many stunning state & national parks and reserves are a must. These are our recommendations:

  • Mount Korong - Nestled snugly between the quaint towns of Inglewood and Wedderburn in the Loddon Valley, Mount Korong beckons adventurers with its rugged beauty.
  • Mount Egbert - Located 30 minutes from Wedderburn, 'The Granites,' as the locals call it, is a delightful place to explore and discover the natural beauty of the surrounding Wychitella Nature Conservation Reserve.
  • Pyramid Hill - Walk around the base of Pyramid Hill or enjoy spectacular views from the summit. Visitors can also enjoy a picnic at the base, with tables and toilets available. Please note that the track to the summit is steep in sections and requires some rock scrambling to reach the top.
  • Mount Hope -  Just outside of Pyramid Hill, you will find striking granite outcrop nestled in the beautiful countryside. As you take the gravel road to Mount Hope, you will be amazed as you approach this hidden gem.
