What: A commemorative event that will include:
- Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony performed by Dja Dja Wurrung Elder Uncle Rick Nelson.
- Guest speakers Uncle Ron Murray (Wamba Wamba, Tatiara man) and Mayor Mathew Driscoll, offering their reflections.
- Performance by Kinja Music.
- Free barbecue.

What: A commemorative event that will include:
- Nicky Winmar will be launching his book My Story: From Bush Kid to AFL Legend in conversation with Uncle Ron Murray.
- Nalderun Awards.
