Maldon is blessed with many great natural attractions within close proximity to the town. Rock of Ages is one such attraction that is not to be missed. This spectacular rocky outcrop is located on Mount Mooral, overlooking the Maldon township. Enormous boulders are staggered across the top of the mount and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
You can drive up there or enjoy a 20 minute bush walk up the rocky and uneven track. Once you get there, you can sit in peace and soak in the stunning views of the town, Maldon's historic Cemetery, and Mt Tarrengower. It is quite a spiritual place and is a lovely place to enjoy a family picnic.
