Minim Wine - the gift of red wine for Dad!

Minim Wine is produced at Boomtown at the Mill in Castlemaine by Tim Sproal. With stunning labels designed by another local talent, Alex Scott-Douglas, these would make the perfect gift for your wine loving Dad. The Minim three pack of Italian varietals were this month recommended by Gourmet Traveller wine magazine.

"These days I want to make small wines from great sites around Central Victoria. I don't grow any of my own grapes, but i plan to soon. I source handpicked grapes from small growers; some organic, some moving that way and some more conventionally grown"

Tim will hand deliver wine packs to your Dad with love!
