My partner and I have been living onsite and hosting guests since mid July 2012 in our multi award winning Bed & Breakfast, is located in Sedgwick, Central Victoria on 10.5 acres of rural land. Our recently built home and adjoining B&B is nestled in the Axe Creek Valley with stunning views of the North Harcourt hills and Mt Alexander.
Your accommodation is designed to maintain even temperatures all year round incorporating solar passive features.
Your boutique self-contained lodgings include 2 spacious bedrooms, luxury bathroom with spa bath, kitchenette and lounge room with cosy wood heater. Ceiling fans provide additional cooling in summer and winter sun, along with slow combustion heating backed onto a rammed earth wall provide ample heating in winter months.
Guests have access to an 8m pool to relax in and around with BBQ cooking facilities and outdoor seating. Located minutes away from Harcourt's new Mountain Bike Park; La-Laa-Ba-Gauwa, the region is abundant with wineries, cideries, bushwalking tracks, cycling ventures, galleries, historic towns, restaurants, cafes and sporting facilities.
Prepare breakfast at your leisure, from a hamper of organic provisions sourced from our orchard and gourmet local produce. Your breakfast hamper will include; artisan bread, a range of cereals, tea and coffee, fruit, butter, jams and yoghurt.
Directions
The Chocolate Lily B&B is located 25 kms from Bendigo, Castlemaine and Redesdale, 33 kms from Maldon, 62 kms from Daylesford, 45 kms from Kyneton and 112 kms from Melbourne airport (only 75 minutes). Travelling from Melbourne: take the Calder fwy to the B180, Castlemaine and Elphinstone exit and turn right following signage to Sutton Grange. Travel approximately 25 kms, turn right into Tarrleah drive, the Chocolate Lily is located first on the left hand side.
Travelling from Bendigo: From the Alexandra fountain in Pall Mall, turn into Mitchell st, travel approximately 3 kms, turn left into Spring Gully road following the signage to Sutton Grange. Continue for approximately 22 kms, through Mandurang towards Sutton Grange, (the property is located in Sedgwick, in the Bendigo Shire). Tarrleah Drive is located on your left. The Chocolate Lily is the first property on your left.

The Chocolate Lily accepts cancellations up until 48 hours prior to arrival after this time a 50% fee will apply.
