• Bendigo Annual Tulip Display

Overview

Update September 30: The tulips may not be at their absolute peak anymore, but there are heaps of other lovely things to see, making for a wonderful experience.

Here are some things to check out while you are here:

- Bloom After Dark, on now until October 6 
- The Village of Gnomes, on now until October 6 
- The Bloom Tram
- Bendigo Botanic Gardens

As the warmer days and clear skies appear, more than 43,000 of Bendigo’s famed tulips open to brighten the beautiful heritage streets. The Bendigo Annual Tulip Display is part of our Spring program, Bloom

The City of Greater Bendigo's Park and Natural Reserves team put on a great annual Tulip display along Pall Mall and Conservatory Garden. The display features more than 43,000 tulips in an assortment of colours, sizes and blooming times.

Getting to the display

You can get to Bendigo easily via V/Line. There is also a bus from the train station which will take you to the proximately of the display. Click here to download the map.

Bendigo Bloom After Dark

There will be night time activations as well during the two-week school holiday period (20 September - 6 October) from 6:30pm - 10pm. 

Stroll along Pall Mall and explore glowing tulip beds and interactive flowers. Celebrate The Year of the Dragon at the Dai Gum San precinct, where Yi Yuan Gardens will come to life with a tunnel of lanterns, floating lotus flowers in the pond, and a large illuminated Chinese dragon!
