Wagyu is the celebrity of the beef world and this intimate dinner at The Woodhouse will showcase why.
Chef Paul Pitcher has assembled a roll call of the best Australian wagyu (think Sher Wagyu, and Cohuna’s Everything Wagyu) that will highlight a range of cuts and ageing methods over four courses.
Welcome cocktail and canapés by the open fire; guests are then seated in our private dining area for a unique offering of exceptional food and matched wines. We finish with one of The Woodhouse’s signature desserts.
This is an experience for 10 guests only. The Woodhouse was established in 2012 and quickly gained recognition as Central Victoria’s premier steakhouse and woodfired charcoal grill. A much-loved favourite of Bendigo locals, and we hear it’s well worth the drive just to experience the exceptional service, extensive wine and beer list that complement The Woodhouse’s well-rounded menu.

As our Wagyu beef is the feature of the evening we cannot cater for vegan or vegetarian diners. Gluten and nut allergies can be catered for; please let us know by selecting these options during the ticket purchase. Not all dietary requirements can be met but feel free to call us to discuss the menu with our friendly staff. As we have prepared your Wagyu Experience for 10 guests only we cannot offer refunds but tickets are fully transferable; please let us know who will be attending in your place.
