Modelled on an Italian mixed farm, McIvor Estate is located at the southern end of the Heathcote wine growing region.

Nestled in the scenic folds of the Great Dividing Range, McIvor Estate is a jewel of the Heathcote Wine Region. Our vines thrive on granitic soils amidst majestic rolling hills and striking boulders, offering a tranquil retreat where every bottle captures the essence of this unique terroir. McIvor Estate was established in 1997 on a spectacular grazing property at the southern end of the Heathcote Wine Region. Our vineyard and olive grove thrive amongst the dramatic scenery of large ashen boulders. The property has yielded some amazing award-winning wines. It has been a pioneer in growing alternate grape varieties in the Heathcote wine region with the oldest plantings of Sangiovese, Nebbiolo and Marsanne. As well as some prize-winning Shiraz, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Vermentino and Roussanne. We feature a newly renovated cellar door with full kitchen and cafe operating currently on weekends. Enjoy a locally sourced cheese boards, deli platters, charcuterie boards, nama chocolate tasting plates, pizzas, amazing desserts and our full range of vino.
