Exhibition title: Ag Art 2000-2020
The Elmore Field Days Ag Art Wear competition has been challenging designers over the last 20 years to create a wearable art garment from materials found on farms, in farming related industries or sources from the land. These everyday agricultural materials are transformed into unique garments that are then brought to life at the Elmore Field Days where they are modelled on the catwalk.
The 2019 competition saw entrants create imaginative, unique and highly innovative designs.
The designs incorporate a wide range of agricultural materials, for example; silage wrap, chicken wire, cotton seeds, hay band, inner tractor tube, shade cloth and poly pipe.
2019 was the last year that the competition will run. This exhibition is a celebration of the winners and a glimpse of some of the highlights as we look back at some of the amazing creations.
