One of Australia's wealthiest mining magnates, George Lansell made his wealth from the New Chum reef and built his mansion on the top of it.
Experience the elegance of High Tea at Bendigo's iconic Fortuna Villa. Then join us for a roaming tour of the Villa and finish off with a wander around the lake. Duration approximately 2.5 hours. Please ensure you arrive on time to allow you to fully enjoy the experience. Ticket prices: Please note that, though the property is fully restored there is no disabled access. If you notify the Bendigo Visitor Centre of a cancellation more than 7 days prior to your tour date an alternative tour can be arranged subject to availability. Please advise if vegetarian or gluten free dietary requirements is needed at time of booking. Strictly no other dietary requirements can be accommodated.
