Tulips Tulips Tulips

Bendigo's famous tulips are back and they're now in bloom. See 50,000 tulips of varying colours and varieties planted throughout the Bendigo CBD including Alexandra Fountain, Rosalind Park, the Conservatory Gardens and more.

Can't make it in-person to see the tulips? No problem, click here to view our Live Tulip Cam focusing on our 'giant tulip flower design' in the Conservatory Gardens. Or join us for a Facebook Live Tulip Curators Talk Friday 17th at 11am.

For those of you who are young at heart, this year we have an augmented reality tulip hunt, where you can find 8 tulips around the CBD. Learn more here and download the app.

Brett Whiteley: Drawing is Everything Exhibition

Visit one of Australia's largest and oldest regional galleries, Bendigo Art Gallery, to view their latest exhibition Brett Whiteley: Drawing is Everything, until 31st October. This major exhibition from the Art Gallery of New South Wales is the first to explore the central place of drawing in Whiteley’s practice, featuring rarely seen early works that brought Whiteley international fame in the 1960s and so much more. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to discover the very foundations of Whiteley’s creativity and process, as showcased in a collection of drawings, paintings, and sculptures suffused with the unmistakable personality of the great Australian master.

Secret Laneway Garden

Have you checked out Bendigo's latest pop up creation, the secret laneway garden?! Located in Pennyweight Walk in Bendigo's CBD, the secret laneway garden features floral canopies, living plants and artwork, One Drawing a Day, by local artist Frankie O. Be sure to add some flowers to our blackboards, or come back for a stroll in the evening when the garden takes on a new light.
