Cancellation Policy
Unless specified elsewhere, bookings made on this special rate have a Twenty-Four (24) Hour Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel or modify your booking outside Twenty-Four (24) hours from your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If this booking is cancelled or modified within Twenty-Four (24) hours from your scheduled arrival date you will be charged the 1st nights’ accommodation value of your original booking. Please note that a Group Booking cancellation policy may apply. The Group Booking cancellation policy will be forwarded to the nominated representative in writing from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and will void the above conditions.
