Bendigo Art Gallery has over 6000 art works in its collection dating from the 1800’s to today. With such diversity the Gallery is a great space for exploring ideas and issues relating to history, the environment, society, art and design. Together with displays from our collection each year the Gallery stages special exhibitions, often these come from leading International Galleries and Museums.

This program enables a full immersion into two diverse exhibitions SOUL fury at Bendigo Art Gallery and La Trobe Art Institute's exhibition which will be announced soon. Both will allow students to view a range of display styles and artworks to enrich their understanding of exhibition design and curatorship.
Students will hear presentations from curators and/or other art professionals and be able to access resources, addressing Studio Arts 4 Outcome 3 criteria.

After the popularity of the Studio Arts Exam Revision Workshop, the Gallery is offering the opportunity for Education Officer Helen Attrill to visit your class using video conferencing platforms such as Google Meet or others used by your school to revise specific points. These presentations are usually up to an hour in length, available on Mondays and Wednesdays only.
