Ryan ‘Brickman’ McNaught
Ryan ‘Brickman’ McNaught is one of the world’s leading LEGO® brick artists and the only LEGO Certified Professional (LCP) in the southern hemisphere, one of just 23 globally. After a successful career as a Chief Information Officer, Ryan’s 2009 Airbus A380 build using LEGO MINDSTORMS technology set him on the path to becoming Australia’s first LCP. From humble beginnings working out of his garage, he now leads a team of over 30 skilled craftspeople creating interactive, large-scale and record-breaking LEGO models, including life-sized vehicles and iconic Australian subjects. His award-winning creations have toured internationally and are displayed in museums, galleries, LEGO Stores and LEGO offices worldwide. Since 2019, Ryan has also been the judge and LEGO expert on Australia’s award-winning television series LEGO Masters Australia, sharing his passion for creativity, innovation and the endless possibilities of the LEGO Brick.
