Explore creativity in a welcoming, inclusive space with Art Therapist Sarah Sivaraman in this very special one-hour workshop. Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s Still Life with Parrot, we invite participants of all abilities, including those with disabilities and their carers, to express themselves through art.
Each session is tailored to different age groups, encouraging personal storytelling, relaxation, and playful exploration of colour, form, and texture—key elements in Frida’s work.

Sarah Sivaraman
Sarah Sivaraman facilitates workshops that bring joy, curiosity and play to the forefront of creative expression. Sarah believes that art is for everyone to enjoy, and that art making is just another way we can learn, connect and make sense of our experiences and the world around us.
With a background in Art Therapy, and decades of experience working creatively with kids, young people and families, Sarah's approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred.
