Terms and conditions for school bookings

By completing and submitting the Schools Booking form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below: 

  • Upon receipt of a booking form, BV&E will reserve the number of tickets indicated on your booking form. 
  • Each booking is entitled to one free teacher/helper ticket per 10 students. 
  • Our Box Office will be in contact four weeks prior to the event to confirm numbers and issue an invoice. 
  • Once an invoice is raised, the booking is final and cannot be altered. 
  • Payment is required within 14 days of receiving the invoice. 
  • No school or group will be permitted to attend an event if payment has not been received prior to the event date.
