Mountain Goat Mountain presented by Threshold

Explore the magical world of Mountain Goat Mountain with a rich, beautiful audio experience that guides families through a theatrical adventure, from set up to final bows – all in the safety and comfort of home.  Simply press play and together, you and your family will use an audio device, found household objects, and a little imagination to discover the secret hidden on Mountain Goat Mountain.

Performed in two parts over 40-60 minutes, Mountain Goat Mountain’s audio tracks offer an interactive escape from daily life through the magic of theatre, adventure, and creativity, brought to you by Victorian company Threshold. Mountain Goat Mountain is best suited to children ages 4+ and their families. 

Available to access from Friday September 17 - Sunday October 3.

Tickets are FREE but registration is required to access. Once registered, you can explore this vibrant world with your children as many times as you’d like for 30 days (as long as you register before October 3).

The Music Space Online presented by Inventi Ensemble

We would like to invite you to the online version of ‘The Music Space - for Kids!’ - an inclusive, free concert series especially for kids presented by Inventi Ensemble. Early childhood music education expert, Clare Zabrowarny will be hosting these events and a wide range of Inventi musicians will be joining us, aimed at children from pre-school through primary school but all ages are welcome!

You'll hear all sorts of different types of music as well as the opportunity to get up and dance with the musicians! It's a chance to learn about music of many styles in a fun and interactive way online. There will be all sorts of different instruments and you get to meet the musicians
from Inventi!

There are three concerts available for the school holidays:

  • Monday September 20
  • Monday September 27
  • Thursday September 30

Visit Bendigo Venues & Events YouTube channel to watch a variety of performances from Bendigo and regional community members during lockdown in May to August 2020.

Click the video below to watch Roy Lever's performance. Roy is best known as the singer, songwriter, guitar player of Bendigo band Blackthorn. He has been living and playing in Bendigo since the early 90's. In recent times, Roy has been playing solo gigs and singing his own music. Songs of love, loss, people and hope.
