Lakkis Brothers Bendigo is a premium catering organisation that services three BV&E spaces: Ulumbarra Theatre, The Capital and The Bendigo Town Hall. 

Bars at Ulumbarra Theatre and The Capital

Lakkis operates permanent bars at The Capital and Ulumbarra Theatre, one hour prior to performances and at interval. Choose from a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including a variety of local wines and beer. Venue bars are stocked with packaged snacks that can be taken into the auditorium.

Ulumbarra Theatre has two bars. The main bar is situated on the ground floor, the same level as the entrance of the building and amongst the hustle of the lower stall audience waiting for showtime or during interval. The second, slightly smaller bar is situated on the first floor and services patrons seated in the balcony auditorium. 

The Capital has two bars. The Lanyon Room bar is situated on the ground floor, the same level as the entrance of the building, in a small room off the main foyer. The Lanyon Room bar is predominately used for events held in The Bendigo Bank Theatre and/or Banquet Room on the ground floor of The Capital. The second is known as The Shades Bar which is situated on the first floor and services patrons prior to a performance in the Capital Theatre.

Café at Ulumbarra Theatre

In addition to the bars, Lakkis operates a cafe on the ground floor of Ulumbarra Theatre, one hour prior to performances only. They serve hot beverages and a variety of cakes and ice creams. 

Please note hot beverages must be consumed prior to entering the auditorium.
