Overview

Presented by Bendigo Health

This powerful exhibition brings together the creative voices of mental health consumers, carers, and staff—using art to spark connection, understanding, and hope.

Featuring a vivid range of mediums—painting, photography, sculpture, textiles, creative writing and more—it reflects deeply personal stories of resilience, recovery, and the shared power of community.

Through lived experience perspectives and collaborative works, the exhibition encourages meaningful dialogue and breaks down stigma around mental illness. More than just a showcase of talent, it’s a healing space—where vulnerability becomes expression, and creativity fosters empathy.

Visitors are invited to engage with each piece, discover individual journeys, and reflect on what mental wellbeing truly means.

Presented by people with lived experience alongside supportive allies, this exhibition affirms that art can be a bridge—to understanding, to recovery, and to solidarity.

Open daily from Friday 1 August until Wednesday 6 August, 10am to 4pm.
