We are thrilled to announce a new program initiative from Bendigo Venues & Events. “In The Wings” is a weekly interview series produced by BV&E which will launch in October on our primary social media channels, Facebook and Instagram.
Have you ever been to the theatre and wondered what it took to make the performance happen? Who was involved and what did they do? How do creatives develop work, what do producers, presenters and promoters do? What’s involved in stage management, production and tech work, ushering or even marketing a show? Join the inimitable Derek Guille on Facebook or arts dynamo Felicity Wolff on Instagram, as they chat to local and national performing arts workers to probe, uncover and seek the meaning of life…“In The Wings.” Tune in every Thursday at midday, commencing October 1st, to watch a 20-minute livestream with the stars of performing arts, rarely seen in the spotlight.
