Bendigo Theatre Company presents Priscilla Queen of the Desert for the first time ever in Bendigo!

Get ready for an outback road trip like no other! Priscilla Queen of the Desert – The Musical bursts onto the Ulumbarra stage in May. Based on the beloved smash-hit film, this uplifting adventure follows three fabulous friends, Tick, Bernadette and Adam, as they take their show from Sydney to the heart of the Australian outback aboard a battered old bus named Priscilla.

What begins as a simple road gig becomes a dazzling journey of friendship, identity and finding your tribe in the unlikeliest places.

You can expect incredible costumes coordinated by Bendigo's own Polly Filla plus a non-stop playlist of disco anthems including It’s Raining Men, I Will Survive, Hot Stuff, Boogie Wonderland, Go West, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, and I Love The Nightlife. This joyful, high-energy musical celebrates diversity and inclusion in all its forms. You will be laughing, cheering and dancing in your seat.

Join us for a spectacular celebration of pride, community and pure fabulousness!
