Bendigo Youth Music are thrilled to present our inaugural performance of the Bendigo Youth Orchestra!
Come and support young musicians from our region as they present their performance of works learned through intensive workshops.
The Bendigo Youth Orchestra was formed after considerable discussion about how to support young musicians in our region. BYM ‘landed’ on the concept of a program which utilises intensive rehearsal days, culminating in a final concert.

The Venue: Ulumbarra Theatre
Meaning ‘gather together’ or ‘meeting place’ in the language of the local Dja Dja Wurrung people, Bendigo’s Ulumbarra Theatre rises majestically from what was once the Sandhurst Gaol.
