Bendigo Regional HR Network - Appreciative Inquiry Workshop

Finding skilled staff is one challenge. Keeping them is another.

Across Central Victoria, many businesses are already finding ways to attract, engage and retain skilled workers, despite a tight labour market and strong competition for talent.

This 2-hour workshop focuses on what’s working and how we build on it.

Together, we will: 

• Identify what local businesses are doing well in attracting and retaining skilled staff
• Explore programs, partnerships and approaches that are delivering results
• Share real examples and practical strategies that can be applied across sectors
• Surface what more is needed, including how councils and regional stakeholders can better support employers

This is a highly interactive session, designed to draw on the experience and insight in the room.

• A stronger understanding of what works in the Central Victorian context

This session will be facilitated by Bounce Global, specialists in workforce capability, leadership and retention, working across regional Australia who will develop a report sharing insights and recommendations.
