It is with great sadness that we announce the cancellation of  the upcoming Bendigo Autumn Music festival.
Of the news, festival director Glenn Wright offers the following words:

“We started work on this event over two years ago with a vision that the event would be a brilliant addition to the City of Bendigo’s cultural fabric and regional Victoria’s music festival calendar.
Red Square Music has invested a large amount of money and many, many hundreds of hours on the event, in the belief that the event would be an amazing success. We had an amazing location and fabulous venues, and an incredible lineup, as well as good media coverage, extensive advertising and promotion.
However, after tickets being on sale for eight months, and with only 30 days until the event we have had to face the reality that ticket sales are far lower than expected.
As the director of the company that was producing the event I feel absolutely gutted, but also feel it my responsibility to cancel the festival 4 weeks out in order to give artists, those that did purchase tickets, and partners adequate notice in order to limit the loss of an event that simply didn’t achieve its desired objective, being the sale of enough tickets to make the event financially viable.
For those people that have worked with us, and supported us in this venture we wholeheartedly say thank you. For those that have purchased tickets please rest assured you will be contacted shortly in regards to a full refund.”

Terms and Conditions

Bendigo Autumn Music is held in the venues of the township of Bendigo, Victoria Australia. By purchasing your ticket to the festival customers receive a wrist band that allows them access to the venues of the festival for that day / or season pass option purchased. Ticketing Wrist Band exchange locations to be announced.

Bendigo Autumn Music is a 4 day music festival with no one headliner. Tickets are sold for the combined lineup as contracted and agreed by Bendigo Autumn Music at time of publishing. Bendigo Autumn Music reserves the right to change the lineup if not at fault of Bendigo Autumn Music a contracted artist cannot perform. Bendigo Autumn Music will provide these changes immediately by way of a media release to all relevant channels. 
Refunds are not provided for tickets purchased for an individual artist change in program.

Please note:
Under 12’s must be in the company of a responsible adult at all times.
Under 18’s must be in the company of a responsible adult when attending the licensed venues.
All those attending Bendigo Autumn Music 2019 are required to comply with the legal rights and codes of each venue of the festival when attending that venue. This includes dress regulation of the licensed clubs. Festival ticket holders will be required to sign in once at each licensed venue and this will cover signing in for the duration of the festival.

This event is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.
All sales are final. There is no refund or exchange on tickets except as provided for under the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the performance.
The use of cameras or other recording devise and equipment constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly forbidden.
Patrons must ensure all electronic devices are switched off or to silent throughout the performance.
Persons bearing a concession ticket must carry proof of entitlement.
G.S.T. included where applicable.

From time to time we may partner with ticketing agents with an allocation of tickets being made available for sale via the Promoter, Ticketek or Ticketmaster (excluding Ticketmaster Resale). Please be aware that we have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. More Information

1. Is the event family friendly? 

BAM is a family friendly event. Some events take place in licensed commercial venues. Youth’s and Children can attend these venues under the supervision of adult guardians only. The exception is The Tap House that is an over 18’s venue. All artists that perform at the Tap House will perform a second show on another day of the festival in an all ages venue, allowing the Youth and Children ticket holders access to all artists of the festival.

2. Do I need to change my ticket over for a wristband? 

Yes, you will need to exchange your ticket or e-ticket for a wristband on the day you are attending the festival only.

Friday April 26 - The Capital Banquet Room 1pm - 10pm 
Saturday April 27 - The Capital Banquet Room 8am - 10pm 
Sunday April 28 - The Capital Banquet Room 8am - 8pm 

3. What if the venue is full when there's an artists playing who I want to see? 

BAM is a wrist banded event. We sell to the capacity of the combined venues, and we do not over sell or over crowd. It’s inevitable some performances are more popular than others so get to your ‘must see’ events early to avoid disappointment. If a venue is full then there is always another great act just around the corner of across the street that will have space.
