  1. This event is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for presenting this event and is subject to the conditions applicable to that event and/or the venue where held.
  2. All sales are final. There is no refund or exchange on tickets except as provided for under the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.
  3. The right is reserved to vary advertised programmes and to add, withdraw or substitute artists as necessary.
  4. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  5. Latecomers may not be admitted until there is a convenient break in the performance.
  6. The use of cameras or other recording devise and equipment constitutes a breach of copyright and is strictly forbidden.
  7. Patrons must ensure all electronic devices are switched off or to silent throughout the performance.
  8. Persons bearing a concession ticket must carry proof of entitlement.
  9. G.S.T. included where applicable.

From time to time we may partner with ticketing agents with an allocation of tickets being made available for sale via the Promoter, Ticketek or Ticketmaster (excluding Ticketmaster Resale).
Please be aware that we have no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend one of our Events with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or otherwise, you may be refused entry to the Event.

  1. Can I take photos during the event?
    You can’t take photos during the performance, but feel free to take photos before and after the show!
  2. What time do I need to arrive before the event?
    Arriving early is a great way to relax, soak up the atmosphere, and ensure a stress-free time at the theatre.
    The Box Office will be open one hour prior to event commencement time. If you need to collect tickets from the Box Office, we recommend you do so at least 30 minutes before the event starts; if you already have your tickets, aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before the event starts.
    This should allow enough time for cloaking of bags and personal belongings, as required, prior to entering the theatre. It will also allow you to purchase refreshment from the theatre bar which is open from one hour prior to performance time.
    If you are late, we will seat you as soon as practicable, but please do be aware that many events have lockout periods. In these cases, latecomers will only be admitted during a suitable break in the performance. On occasion, this may not be until the interval, or at all where there is no interval. As per our ticket purchase terms and conditions, the management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  3. What can I bring with me?
    Management reserves the right to inspect bags and belongings as a safety precaution and condition of entry. A valid photo ID must be presented in order to purchase a drink from the theatre bar.
    To avoid delays, please leave anything larger than an A3 sheet of paper at home.
    Larger items – including handbags bigger than A3-size, tote bags, backpacks, umbrellas, suitcases, baby capsules, collapsible strollers, perambulators, etc. are not permitted inside the venues and must be cloaked.
  4. Can I take food and drink inside the venue?
    Only cold beverages in plastic, and bar snacks, are permitted inside our auditorium. If in doubt, please speak to one of our friendly Front of House Staff.
